Advance Payment Policy – Celebration Events FZE

Effective Date: January 01, 2026

At Celebration Events FZE, 100% advance payment is required to confirm and secure all event, production, and equipment rental bookings.

1. Payment Terms

• Full (100%) payment must be received before the event or service commencement.
• Bookings are considered confirmed only after the full payment has been received and acknowledged by our accounts team.
• No equipment, technical staff, entertainers, or event services will be reserved or deployed without full payment.

2. Booking Confirmation

• Event dates, equipment, and manpower are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
• Quotations and proposals do not guarantee availability until full payment has been received.

3. Delayed or Non-Payment

• Celebration Events FZE reserves the right to release the reserved date, equipment, and resources if payment is not received by the specified deadline.
• Any resulting unavailability of services due to delayed payment shall not be the responsibility of Celebration Events FZE.

4. Payment Methods We Accept

• Bank Transfer
• Cash Deposit
• Cheque issued in the name of “Celebration Events FZE” (subject to clearance prior to the event date).

5. Proof of Payment

Clients are kindly requested to share the payment receipt or transaction reference upon completing the payment to facilitate prompt booking confirmation.

6. Client Acknowledgement

By confirming a booking with Celebration Events FZE, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Advance Payment Policy.
