Refund Policy – Celebration Events FZE

Effective Date: January 01, 2026

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are considered confirmed once the agreed advance payment has been received by Celebration Events FZE.

Upon confirmation, equipment reservations, technical scheduling, staffing allocations, transportation arrangements, supplier commitments, and operational planning will begin immediately.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made are strictly non-refundable in case of client cancellation.

This includes:

  • Advance payments
  • Deposits
  • Partial payments
  • Full payments
  • Technical preparation costs
  • Production and logistics expenses

No refunds shall be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Budget changes
  • Venue cancellation by client
  • Low attendance
  • Internal company decisions
  • Schedule conflicts
  • Postponement or cancellation

3. Force Majeure and War Situations

If an event is affected by war, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic, or any force majeure event:

  • No monetary refund will be provided
  • A credit voucher may be issued after deduction of incurred costs

4. Credit Voucher Validity

  • Valid for 12 months from original event date
  • Usable for future services only
  • Non-transferable unless approved
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Must be used within validity period

5. Supplier and Third-Party Costs

Any non-refundable supplier or third-party charges will be deducted before issuing credit or adjustments.

6. Event Postponement

  • Subject to availability of equipment and crew
  • Venue and supplier availability
  • Updated pricing may apply

7. Cancellation by Celebration Events FZE

If cancellation occurs due to company reasons, options may include refund of unused services, rescheduling, or credit issuance.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect losses
  • Business interruption
  • Travel or hotel costs
  • Loss of profit
  • Third-party losses

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
